  • Refund Process: Upon confirmation of cancellation, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be completed within 7 business days after cancellation approval.

  • No Refunds After Start: Refunds are not available once the course has started, except in exceptional circumstances which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
